Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Items must not show any signs of use or damage caused after delivery

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products  
- Gift cards  
- Sale or discounted items

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at brazilbeautymakeup@gmail.com, including:
- Your order number  
- Photos of the item and packaging  

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return shipping

- If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost  
- For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method  
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
